Camping Mt Lemmon

It was wondeful to escape the heat and camp on Mt Lemmon. It was about 103 in the valley when we left and as we arrived at the campsite it was 76, awesome!

Here's chase helping carry the gear down to the car, what a helper, ha ha!

Can you resist a face that dirty and yummy. Just the right combo of dirt, chocolate and marshmellow. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for coming, they rock!I actually caught some pretty great zzzzs thanks to my ear plugs. When asked about his favorite part of camping. Jack thought for a minute before answering confidently: "MARSHMELLOWS."

We're Home!

Sometimes when I am in Utah I can't believe we still have a life here in AZ and then we make the 12 hour trek home and viola! Our whole other live is waiting for us:) Look how full our car was!

The drive home is always so beautiful.

Chase was glad to be back to our frige where he can finally get his own drink of water, wahoo!

They love standing on the chairs in the backyard looking over the wall at their little friend next door. Chase's perch looks pretty precarious doesn't it?

The best part about being home: Fun with Daddy!

He's graduating already!?!

My baby graduated from preschool!

Well, really, he graduated from his first year of preschool. The program was so cute!

At dinner he was asking us every five minutes if we could finally go to his program.

Waiting for the program to start, this is his excited face and dance.

It was an awesome experience for him to be able to go to preschool with his 'twin' cousin.

I hope they call me on a mission...

I really wanted to take pics of the boys by the MTC so I can frame them for their rooms.

I think they will make handsome missionaries someday.

(Don't you think these pics will make a super cute scrapbook page in about 15 years along with the real pic of them entering the MTC? I hope so!)

The Nixon Ranch

We just got back from 4 fun filled days at the Nixon Family Ranch in the middle of no where, Wells NV to be exact.

Grandma and Grandma Nixon made our home on the range feel homey

Grandpa made the traditional waffles with the boys

Paddle boats out back behind the ranch house.

Uncle Dan and Aunt Michelle made the family complete!

We stayed in an amazing room at the anniversary inn...

and became a family again!!!

It is so great to have Quinn home. He is still the greatest guy in the world and my best friend. Right now he is up stairs reading stories to the boys for nap time, it is so nice to have a break!
